The Owner provides visitors with the Website and any information only “as is” and, where permissible under law, free from any (express or implied) warranty, guarantee, promise or liability. The information on the Website is always purely informative. References on the Website to products or services do not constitute an offer for the sale or supply of that product or service. Where links are placed on the Website to other websites, these links are beyond the control, influence or responsibility of the Owner. Linked pages on the Website were examined for possible infringements of the law at the time when the links were posted. No such unlawful content was found at the time of posting the links. However, continuous monitoring of the content of linked pages is unfeasible and unreasonable unless there are concrete indications of a breach of the law. In the event that the Owner becomes aware of such a breach, the offending links will be immediately removed. The Owner is not responsible for the availability of these websites or their content. Furthermore, the Owner is not responsible for the protection of personal data or the security in general of data of other websites or companies operating them. The Owner may at any time and without prior notice change these Terms of Use and all information on the Website without acceptance of any liability, or may cease operation of the Website altogether.
