We process the following personal data:

  • Contact details: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number and company name;

We process the above mentioned personal data for following reasons and on the legal basis mentioned:

1.      How long do we keep your personal data?

Your personal data will not be kept longer than is necessary for the purpose for which we collected the data. This means we will delete the personal data after a period of 7 years from the last communication with you.

Irrespective of the period for which we keep your personal data, we will also delete your personal data if you explicitly request us to do so via the contact details above.

You have various rights, which can be exercised by contacting us using the contact information provided above.

  • Access to the personal data relating to you that we process, and, if necessary, the correction of inaccurate/incomplete personal data or the deletion of personal data, as well as – in certain cases – the restriction of the processing of your personal data or objection to it.
